Clicks from Kalpa village, Himachal Pradesh, India (Day 80-81)

A few photos from our final few days in the Indian himalayas. After the 4 day trek it was back to eating red and green apples, relaxing under hot showers and taking it easy with milky chai and tibetan music played on the village loudspeakers. Kalpa is a stunning little place opposite the kinner kailash massif (6050m). Simply super STUNNING ! We even came across a traditional wedding (check out the sketch). We have seen wild cannabis before but nothing quite like in Kalpa. It grows very very very easily among the apple and plum orchards and was by far the most common "shrub" in the village ! Perfect living for my basque friends back in Ea! From Kalpa we had fun on a bumpy 16 hour journey back to the sticky hot plains of northern India on our way to Agra, Varanasi and Kolkata. Bangladesh is next in line for the rai-stephie visit (from mid october...)! Stay tuned...,
