Our first well deserved rest day. We enjoyed Belgrade. A city full of attitude and contrasts: groups of lads dressed in typical basketball player outfits hanging about in the central square, ladies looking in tip top condition wearing the latest fashion and a few beggars asking for money.
Probably best remembered for its nightlife....bars on every street corner, nightclubs on the banks of the river Sava and Danube and a crowded music festival which was fun to visit.
