Photo 1: Abyaneh village, Central Iran. Photos 2-3: Masuleh village, NW Iran. Photos 4-5: Ushtebin village, Aras river valley, NW Iran. Ushtebin sees very few tourists but could be a gem of a place in the future...it just needs a good clean up! Also the nearby Aras river which marks the border between Iran to the south and Azerbaijian and Armenia to the north is fabulous...just don't expect to take any pictures unless yo like to be shot at by three different armies!
